The New Ark Chorale presents "Winter Tales"

Dr Michael Larkin, music director, leads a choral concert titled "Winter Tales", with music depicting winter,, music telling the Bethlehem story and The Hanukkah Story , and classic carols, all sung by the select community choir, the New Ark Chorale. Several generations would recognize Twas the Night Before Christmas written by Ken Darby, and made famous by Fred Waring and the Pennsylvanians. Modern gems like Bob Chilcott's "The First Nowell" are in the program. All sung in the resonant sanctuary of Newark's St Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church. The sanctuary is handicapped accessible. There is plenty of available free parking. A reception follows the concert. |
