Northwest Taiko and Kubota Garden Foundation are partnering to offer this unique hands-on percussion workshop for youth!
Taiko literally translates to drum in Japanese! Participants will get to experience a broad array of Japanese percussion instruments and learn taiko vocabulary, basic taiko hits, and a simple song.
There are two available workshops: one for ages 5-10 from 10am 11am and the other for ages 11-17 from 11:15am 12:15pm.
This workshop has limited space at 12 participants per session.
