Tortilla de Patatas y Caviar

Caviar, Barcelona salted cream, potato, egg, white onion and olive oil.

Second Course: Graci Rosè 2023 - Sicily, Italy

Arancini e Brazino

Fumet arancini, lemon, herb, Brazino, garlic, butter and activated charcoal.

Third Course: Chateau Saint- Roch Rosé 2024 - Languedoc, France

Cassoulet d'agneau avec salades de figues

Lamb, mire poix, shallot, stock, fennel, herbs de Provence, garlic, white bean, endive, fig and goat cheese.

Fourth Course: Turley White Zinfandel Rosé 2024 - California

Pork Loin Mignon

Pork loin filet, beef bacon, saffron, couscous, herb, California orange Hollandaise.

Fifth Course: Bodegas Olivares Garnacha Rosé 2024 - Jumilia, Spain

Queso y Salchicha
