12th Annual César E. Chávez Scholarship Breakfast

The purpose of the Scholarship Breakfast is to celebrate the legacy of Cesar E. Chavez.

The keynote speaker this year is Paul Espinosa, Ph.D. He is an award-winning Filmmaker and Producer, is the President/CEO of Espinosa Productions, a film and video company specializing in documentary and dramatic films focused on the U.S.-Mexico border region. He has been involved with producing films for over 35 years and is Professor Emeritus in the School of Transborder Studies at Arizona State University. Espinosa received his Ph.D. from Stanford University in Anthropology where he specialized in the cultural analysis of television communication and his B.A. degree from Brown University, also in Anthropology. He has worked with the public television stations in San Diego and Dallas as a Senior Producer and Executive Producer. Specializing in Latino and U.S.-Mexico border topics, Espinosa has produced, directed, written and hosted numerous programs for PBS.

Different levels of sponsorships include:

Platinum Table $1000, (FMV $90) which includes front seating, company banner displayed, name of organization on table, recognition on printed program, recognition at event by Master of Ceremonies and table for six buffet breakfasts included;
Gold Table $500, (FMV $90) which includes name of organization on table, recognition on program and recognition at event by Master of Ceremonies and table for six buffet breakfasts included;
Silver Table $250, (FMV $90) which includes name on table, listing in the program and table for six buffet breakfasts included.
Individual tickets can be purchased for $40.
Parking will be complimentary in lot L, M, N & J on the East H Street entrance by DeVore Stadium.
