Our first formal educational beer experience held in our brewery! Device Owner and Head Brewer, Ken Anthony and BJCP National Judge, Phil Csik will be giving an insightful look at the commercial brewing process.
Topics of discussion will be: recipe formulation, malt handling, wort production, fermentation, carbonation, and packaging. Style presentation and sensory analysis will be investigated on four different beer styles: Pilsner, IPA, Belgian Golden Strong, and Russian Imperial Stout.
Each ticket price will include: 2 full beer pours from our menu, four 5oz beer tasters of the styles discussed, 1 special release logo glass, brewery tour, informational beer lesson, and a Q & A session.
If you are new to craft beer and want to learn more or if you have been in this game a while and just want to geek out, this is for you! Just in time to get your palate ready for SAC Beer Week 2017!! Cheers!
