Tusarnaarniq Sivumut Association (TSA) is the Inuktitut name for "Music for the Future. We are a non-profit organization that fosters music education and mentorship to Inuit youth in remote communities across Nunavut, in Canadas far north. We started with one after school music group in Pond Inlet. Nine years later, we are now a registered charitable organization delivering music education programs twice per year, in five communities, helping to make a positive difference in the lives of Inuit youth. Demand for our program is growing, and so are we. This year we are reaching out with a number of fundraising initiatives.

Please join us in Ottawa for our second annual concert and instrument drive!

Greg Simm (guitar), and Kim de Laforest (fiddle), two of TSAs music educators and accomplished Canadian musicians, will delight you with Canadiana music that includes some Northern tunes as they share their passion for TSA and the North. Greg and Kim will be joined by a very special guest, David Serkoak, a traditional Inuit drum maker and drum dancer.

Donated instruments will be auctioned to raise funds to purchase new fiddles. New fiddles will be sent North and distributed by TSA, through the program.

100% of funds raised will go towards TSA music programs.
